OK so these Vegetarian "Buffalo Wings" are so bomb they're pretty much better than the real thing lol. They're crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They look and taste like the real thing, its crazy! Also, this recipe could also be Vegan, I will note what needs to be replaced through-out the recipe! They honestly are too good not to share, my mouth is watering all over again just typing out the recipe, so lets get to it! Ingredients For "wings": 1/2 Cauliflower Head 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour 1/2 cup Milk (for vegan: replace with water, soy milk or almond milk) 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Cumin 2 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Garlic Powder Vegetable Cooking Oil For Sauce: 1/4 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce 1/4 cup Butter - melted 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce Optional: Ranch or Bleu Cheese (or your fav vegan ranch/bleu cheese dips) Things You Will Need 1 Medium Pot - for frying 2 Medium Bowls Whisk or Fork Tongs
