Over the weekend we decided we should hit Tahoe/Reno and take Lils to the snow! She had a lot of fun and fulfilled her promise to Jeff that she was going to throw snowballs at him LOL. We also did Circus Circus and Boomtown. Where Lilly rode the rides at Boomtown endlessly because Jeff got her the 'unlimited ride wristband' haha. Sadly for us, we had no luck at the casinos, but we did enjoy the Lobster Buffet ;)

Lilly and I on her first day back to school! Welp fellow parentals, you guys know what time it is, its back to school. Although I know there are parents out there who have been counting the days for their kids to go back to school, I've been dreading it. I'm going to miss hanging out with her all day everyday, even when we aren't doing anything at all. She's been excited to go back and see all her friends and meet some new friends! She's got a new Totoro backpack and everything. Oh, and I forgot to mention she's officially a Kindergartener! I know, I can't believe it either. She will be attending her current Montessori still, she loves it there. Cant wait to see her excel in this school year! Lilly's Outfit Deets She's currently obsessed with these Mid-rise cropped wide-leg pants. She LOVES them. Its hard to put her in anything but. They're super comfy and soft. I will be making her more or something, since  its so hard to find these

  This year, Lilly turned the big 5! Half way to 10 and I was freaking out a little. But enough of the almost mom-sentimental-breakdown stuff before I ball my eyes out. It was hard for us to decide on a theme for her birthday because she likes so much cool stuff! We ended up narrowing down and decided on, "My Neighbor Totoro!" It was PERFFFFFECT. It hasn't been done a lot so there weren't too many references to work from, so the imagination really had to come in. I liked how not many people have done the theme before, and I can't wait till Lilly can look back on it!  It was the first year we weren't celebrating at my parents house! We ended up celebrating it in a really nice scenic park in Berkeley, called Codornices(If you haven't been, GO! big giant slide.). It fit the theme perfect because it was surrounded by tall trees and foliage, it was so green, and since Totoro was the Keeper-of-The-Forest, perf. I was hesitant at first to do the par

The little time of spring vacation that Lilly got from school, Jeff decided we should take Lilly to a quick trip to Disneyland! It was perfect, we all had a great time. It was also Lil's verrrry first time on a plane lol. I got her reaction and everything. Videos below!

Today marks an important day to me and to a lot of fellow wombyn. I have a lot of things I could go on about Women Empowerment, but I will TRY to keep this fairly short.

Recently, I've been posting Lilly's everyday lunches I pack her for school and people have been showing a lot of love and have a lot of questions about them.
